Vagora is
An interactive mirror that helps customers discover more, explore effortlessly, and gives retailers more from every visit.
Act one · On the floor
What happens
on the floor.
Five things your customers can do with Vagora that aren’t possible anywhere else on your floor.
-
(01)
The garment, rendered on the customer in live 3D.
It tracks the customer’s movement in real time, so the garment responds as they move.
Retail impactStaff fetch a piece the customer has already seen on themselves, rather than asking them to imagine it.
-
(02)
Every size and colourway, on screen.
Customers can explore the full catalogue, with each option checked against live stock before it is shown.
Retail impactThe buying decision is no longer limited to what physically fits on the rail.
-
(03)
The whole look, before anything is fetched.
Customers can combine pieces on themselves to see how the complete outfit comes together.
Retail impactMore pieces enter consideration without staff having to suggest them one by one.
-
(04)
Made-to-order, before the first cut.
Unstitched cloth and made-to-order garments can be rendered on the customer before production begins.
Retail impactOrders are taken against something the customer has already seen, so cloth is cut to demand rather than forecast.
-
(05)
The campaign, with the customer in it.
Vagora places the customer inside campaign scenes built around the collection.
Retail impactThe campaign becomes an in-store experience rather than something the customer only sees around them.
The Vagora Mirror
An interactive mirror that starts by itself.
Freestanding on the shop floor, the Vagora Mirror starts when someone steps in front of it. Nothing to tap, nothing to learn.
- 01Camera active only during a session. Nothing is stored.
- 02No account, no registration, no face database.
- 03Live stock is checked before every item is shown.
- 0449-inch portrait display, readable from a natural standing distance.
Act two · In the business
What it returns
to the business.
Vagora turns customer interaction into action at the counter, insight for the next buying decision, and one connected system across every store.
-
(01)
Their picks, already at the till.
One scan sends the customer’s selected garments, colourways and sizes to their phone and the counter.
Retail impactThe customer reaches the till without having to repeat what they want.
-
(02)
See what customers actually tried on.
See what customers browsed, tried, combined, saved and ignored, by store and garment.
Retail impactDemand becomes visible before purchase, not only after it.
-
(03)
Run every mirror from one console.
Manage catalogue, content and configuration across every store, with sync status and offline alerts in one place.
Retail impactThe second store becomes a rollout date, not a second project.
The console
You find out before
the store does.
Every mirror in every store on one screen, with its catalogue, session activity and last sync status. If a mirror goes offline, the console alerts you with the time it stopped and its last successful sync, before anyone on the floor notices the screen is dark.

FAQ
Before you commit.
-
What happens to customer images?
The camera is active only during a session and nothing is stored. There is no enrolment, no account and no face database. A photo the customer chooses to keep goes to their phone and leaves the mirror when the session ends.
-
Will it work with our catalogue?
It reads the product feed you already publish, and stock syncs live from your system. Nothing appears on the mirror that the store cannot produce.
-
What do staff have to do?
Nothing during a session. The mirror starts, runs and ends on its own. Staff meet the customer at the counter with a list that is already there, which is where a person is worth more than a screen.
-
How do we know whether it worked?
Sessions, try-ons per session, scans to phone and scans to counter, by store and by garment, in the console from the first day. We have no benchmark to compare you against yet, and will not invent one.
-
What does a rollout involve?
One store first, on a fixed term, with the measure agreed in writing before installation. After that, catalogue, content and configuration are managed centrally, so each further store is a delivery date.
-
What does it cost?
We quote per estate. The price depends on the number of mirrors, the stores they go into and what your catalogue and stock systems need on our side. Ask and we will put a number in writing.

One line about your estate and your catalogue system is enough to get a useful reply.
